Carrot, Apple and Turmeric Smoothie

If one of your resolutions is to eat more veggies, this Carrot, Apple and Turmeric Smoothie is for you. It’s bright, beautiful and full of goodness.

1 cup coconut water
1 bunch carrots (4 or 5), cut into 2 inch pieces
1 apple, cut into 4 pieces (I used Honeycrisp)
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp honey (optional)
3 cubes ice
Mix all ingredients in a high-powered blender. If the smoothie is too thick add more coconut water. If it\\\'s too thin add another cube of ice or another carrot.
