Carrot cake and cheesecake marbled together and covered in cream cheese frosting. It's the perfect dessert to end a family Easter dinner.

Ingredients for carrot cake:
3/4 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups grated carrot
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Ingredients for cheesecake:
3 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup white chocolate, melted

Ingredients for frosting:
2oz cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
Milk (if needed)
