3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 and 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup finely shredded carrots
1 bag carrot cake M&M’s*
Cream Cheese Frosting
1 package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
