Carrot Cake M&M Cookies with Cheesecake Filling

Sweet and spicy cookies with carrot cake M&M's filled with a whipped cheesecake filling!

1 box of carrot cake mix
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup Carrot Cake M&M's
1 tub of Cool Whip
1 small package of cheesecake pudding mix (I used sugar free)
