What makes this recipe so great is the fact that it requires no cooking what so ever. To add to that great thing, it is also is super yummy!

1 Cup of Water
1 1/2 Cups of Carrots
1/2 Cup of Red Peppers
1 Tablespoon of Cilantro
1 Garlic Clove
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
1/2 Teaspoon of Curry Powder
1/2 Teaspoon of Cumin
1 Teaspoon of Raisins
1/2 Avocado
1/4 Cup of Water
1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice

Topping:
1 Tablespoon of Cilantro
1 Teaspoon of Raisins
1 Tablespoon of Diced Red Peppers
