Welcome to yet another edition of Meatless Monday. While many of you may be expecting the typical veggie casserole or tofu scramble, our Yumologists have decided it's time to kick things up a notch. We wanted to challenge the Meatless Monday status quo. We boldly went where no flavors have gone before and created a recipe so full of freshness you'll call your local weatherman for an update. 2 cups of raw carrot chips
1/2 cup of plain yogurt
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
1 pinch of sea salt
1/2 cup of plain yogurt
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
1 pinch of sea salt
Lay the carrots out on a plate
Add the yogurt honey, rosemary and salt to a mixing bowl and stir until smooth
Pour the yogurt mixture over the carrots
Garnish with a pretty spring of fresh rosemary
