A tasty recipe to warm yourself during winter!

600g cauliflower, 60cl water + 1/2 stock cube, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper, 3 bacon slices, a handful of hazelnuts • 3 tbsp black truffle oil.
