This is the best cauliflower I have ever tasted. My daughter asked for seconds and my husband groaned with delight... and he doesn't even like cauliflower!!!

1/2 head cauliflower, separated into small florets
1 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoons butter
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 tablespoon fresh sage, finely chopped
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
