Champagne and Strawberry Wacky Cake is a moist and creamy vanilla champagne cake with sweet and tangy strawberries and topped with Cool Whip.

1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup plus 2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/3 cup canola oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/4 cup champagne or sparkling wine
1 pint strawberries
1-8 ounce container of Cool Whip
