A slightly sweet loaf of bread perfect for breakfast or with a nice afternoon cup of tea.

1 package instant yeast (Rapid Rise)
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup very warm water, about 120 degrees
1 cup warm champagne, about 120 degrees
