Gorgeous Champagne cupcakes with Raspberry Frosting. These delectable morsels are light and fluffy, bursting with flavor and sweetness.

3 1/4 cups flour
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Cup of sweet champagne (I used Barefoot Pink Moscato Champagne)
5 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 Cup butter, softened
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
3 Cups granulated sugar
2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
3 Tbsp pureed raspberries (strained to remove seeds)
4 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup champagne (I used Barefoot Pink Moscato Champagne)
1 tsp vanilla
1 pint of fresh raspberries (reduced to a sauce with the seeds strained out)
