Everyone loves a good piping hot roll that your butter just melts right into. Cheddar English Dinner Rolls are easy to make and are delish! Your family is going to love the addition of the melty cheddar cheese.

1 tbsp dry active yeast
1 cup warm water {shower temp}
2 tbsp + 1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter softened
2 eggs
3 1/2 cups Bob\'s Red Mill Organic Flour
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
