Nachos are made in white bean and creamy cheese

Maize flour [150 grams ]
refined flour [50 grams ]
oil
salt to taste
White bean [100 grams ]
Cheese [100 grams ]
Poppy seeds [2 table spoons ]
Cashews [ half cup ]
Black pepper [1 table spoon ]
salt to taste
To make nachos Mix maize flour refined flour add 4 table spoons of oil and salt Make a dough of it with water in it Make pieces of it and roll like roties Cut it in to traingular shape Deep fry in oil till crispy [rolling has to be thin ] Soak bean for few hours Boil it till soft adding salt leave it to cool Melt cheese roast cashews and poppy seeds grind it to paste and add in and add in cheese Mix it adding pepper in it Take bean and add half of cheese sauce in it Take a serving plate and keep bean in it and spread the nachos all over Pour all the remaining cheese sauce over the nachos Finishing has to be done while serving or the nachos will turn soft
