These tasty biscuit cups come together quickly using refrigerated biscuits, and they can be customized to a variety of flavors depending on the type of leftover meat filling and shredded cheese you use.

8-count can of jumbo refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
Leftover meat for filling (beef or chicken taco meat, pulled pork, chopped brisket, chili, sloppy joe beef, meat sauce for spaghetti, etc.)
Shredded cheese (whatever kind complements the filling)
