Cheesy Chorizo Soup

Great soup for a cold night - a nice change from standard chili.

½ lb. chorizo, browned and drained
3 cans (15 oz.) white kidney beans, drained
1 can (15 oz.) tomatoes & chiles (like Rotel)
1 can (4 oz.) green chiles, diced
1 can (10.5 oz.) condensed cheese soup
1 tsp. ground cumin
½ pkg. Fajita seasoning mix
1 tsp. chili powder
1 can (15 oz. ) water (I use water to rinse the soup and tomato cans before adding)
Place all ingredients into a large crock pot. Stir to combine. Cook on low 8-10 hours. Serve with tortilla chips if desired.
