For The Biscuits:
2 1/2 cups Bisquick
3 Tablespoons cold butter
3/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded Monterrey/cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
For the Butter Glaze Topping:
3 Tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon parsley for topping after the biscuits are done
