Cheesy Hamburger Pie

Cheesy hamburger pie. A fun, fast casserole in a pie plate with a coconut oil pie crust! Add some smoked paprika and a little black pepper on top for color and flavor enhancement. Yum Yum Yum!

1 unbaked 9 Inch Pie Crust
11/2 lb. Hamburger.
1/2 Cup Onion diced up very fine.
1/2 pepper
1/2 Pound Bacon diced up into very small pieces
2 Large Eggs-beaten
1 Teaspoon Salt.
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper.
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp. Fresh Minced Garlic.
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Brown hamburger, onion, garlic and bacon in a skillet on medium until hamburger is thoroughly done. Meanwhile, make your pie crust but do not bake it. Press it into a deep dish...
