32 ozs shredded hash brown potatoes (partially thawed)
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup sour cream
4 garlic cloves (minced)
4 tsp melted butter
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
8 green onions, diced
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup sour cream
4 garlic cloves (minced)
4 tsp melted butter
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
8 green onions, diced
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease bottom and side of rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches, with butter or shortening.
In very large bowl, mix cream, chicken broth,sour cream, garlic, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir in potatoes and onions. Spoon into prepared baking dish.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until lightly brown on top and bubbly around edges.
