A delicious low-calorie vegetable side that replaces mashed potatoes on any dinner plate!

1 head cauliflower, cooked
2 cups spinach, wilted
1 cup Easy Low-Calorie Cheese Sauce
2 cups spinach, wilted
1 cup Easy Low-Calorie Cheese Sauce
Blend cooked cauliflower and spinach in a food processor until "mashed".
Add in cheese sauce, and blend to combine.
Heat up if needed, and serve.
