Cheesy Mexican Pizza

This is an awesome alternative to a traditional taco night. Spicy, cheesy, and oh so good.

4 soft shell flour tortillas
3/4 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
taco sauce to taste
tomatoes
sour cream
Preheat oven to 350. Brown the meat, drain, and set aside. In a 8" round pan, place 1 tortilla in the bottom. Top with 1/4 cup ground beef, cover with cheese, then taco sauce. Repeat layers twice. Place remaining tortilla shell on top, cover with cheese and taco sauce. Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with tomatoes, sour cream, additional taco sauce, or any other toppings you prefer.

This cheese bake is very easy and quick, so anyone can make this, including those who have lots to do or those of you who have not enough time.

100 g Prawn
1/2 Bloccoli
Sauce:
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper

1. Cut the big prawn in half.

2. Put mayonnaise, milk, mustard , salt and pepper in a jam jar. Close the lid and shake it.
