This cheesy dish great for a lunch or dinner, easy to make and something the whole family will enjoy

1 can of spam
1 ½ cups of white rice (unprepared)
1 teaspoon of butter
½ cup condensed cheddar cheese (unprepared)
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup water

Step 1: put a medium sauce pan over high heat to boil.
Step 2: add condensed cheese and water to a small sauce pan cook over medium heat until cheese is starting to bubble and take off the heat.
Step 3: when the water is up to a rolling boil, add the rice cook for 15-18 minutes or until rice is al dente. Next place a medium frying pan over med-high heat, when it starts to smoke add the spam cook until both sides are golden brown.
Step 4: when the rice is cooked strain it and put it back in to the pan, add the cheese, butter salt and pepper mix well until the rice is evenly coated.
