Cherry Chip Sandwich Hearts

I love making cookies out of cake mix because it is super easy, tasty, and the possibilities are endless. I actually tried making just plain cherry chip cake mix cookies several years back and absolutely loved them. So I thought I would take that same recipe and turn them into heart shaped sandwich cookies...Why not! The end result were these super easy, super delicious and festive cookies that make the perfect Valentine treat. - Heather

1 package of Cherry Chip cake mix
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
red and pink sugar sprinkles
Pink Vanilla frosting
Other valentines sprinkles (optional)

Mix cake mix, eggs, and oil in large mixing bowl until formed. Then allow to sit in refrigerator for about an hour or until easy to mold. Remove dough from refrigerator and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Then...
