Fudge brownies topped with a cherry swirled cheesecake layer and chocolate drizzles.

1 box brownie mix ( for 9x13 pan )
1 ( 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened )
2 Tablespoons butter
1 ( 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk )
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ( 21 ounce can cherry pie filling )
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 teaspoon shortening
Cool Whip

Make brownies according to the package directions. Spread in a greased 9x13 pan. Set aside. Beat the cream cheese, butter, and cornstarch. Add the sweetened condensed milk, egg, and vanilla and beat again...
