Chewy Chocolate Marshmallow Oat Bars

These Oatmeal Bars with Chocolate and Marshmallows are the easiest, 30 minute dessert that you will ever make! They are loaded with pastel marshmallows, chocolate and chewy oatmeal!

¾ Cup Coconut oil, at room temperature (should be the consistency of softened butter, not melted)
1 Cup Packed brown sugar
1? Cup + 1 Tbsp Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1? Cup Old fashioned oats
½ tsp Baking soda
½ tsp Salt
4-5 Cups Marshmallow bunnies (or regular marshmallows)
1½ Cups White chocolate chips
