1 Tbsp. White wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. Tahini paste
2 Tbsp. Honey
1 clove Garlic (small clove), minced
1/8 tsp. Each salt and pepper
6 Tbsp. Olive oil
1-15 oz. can Chick peas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed
ΒΌ cup Flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
2 Scallions, chopped
1-6 oz. bag Spinach
2 Tomatoes; cut into wedges
1 Tbsp. White wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. Tahini paste
2 Tbsp. Honey
