2 lbs chicken, cut into serving pieces
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1-2 potatoes, cut into cubes
3 pieces dried bay leaves
2 tbsp. vinegar
3 cloves garlic,minced
1 to 2 cups water
1/4 cup cooking oil
1/2 tbsp. white sugar
salt and whole peppercorn
4 Hard boiled egg
