2 T. Unsalted Butter
4 T. Flour
1 C. each Chicken Broth & Milk
Sea Salt & White Pepper to taste
1 ½ C. Chicken, Turkey or Duck, cooked & cubed
8 oz. Straw Mushrooms, slice & drain or 2 4 oz. cans Mushrooms, drain
2 oz.Pimientos, chop and drain
4 T. Flour
1 C. each Chicken Broth & Milk
Sea Salt & White Pepper to taste
1 ½ C. Chicken, Turkey or Duck, cooked & cubed
8 oz. Straw Mushrooms, slice & drain or 2 4 oz. cans Mushrooms, drain
2 oz.Pimientos, chop and drain
Melt Butter over medium heat, whisk in Flour until smooth, cook 1 min.
Whisk in Broth & Milk until thickened.
Add Sherry, Salt, Pepper, Mushrooms, Chicken, chop and Pimientos, heat through.
