Chicken and Bean Tacos

2 tbsp olive oil
2 chicken breasts, cubed
1 15oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
½ cup salsa
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
4 whole wheat tortillas
4 oz shredded Mexican blend cheese
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat; add chicken and cook until slightly browned and no longer pink inside. Add beans, salsa, and seasonings to skillet and continue to cook until beans are heated through. Warm tortillas in microwave for 10-20 seconds. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture. Top with cheese, additional salsa and sour cream if desired.
