Chicken and Cheese Stick Tacos

These soft BBQ chicken tacos with surprise mozzarella sticks inside and a drizzling of a quick homemade cilantro lime ranch are proof that yummy does not mean lots of work!

1 box (17 oz.) Farm Rich Barbecue Chicken Bites
1 box (24 oz.) Farm Rich Mozzarella Sticks
Cilantro Lime Ranch:
1 c. ranch dressing
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 c. fresh cilantro
1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
Small flour tortillas
Diced tomatoes ( for garnish )
Chopped lettuce ( for garnish )
