Chicken and Chorizo Chili

Chili - one the heartiest, yummiest dishes out there. Lucky for both of us, it’s still chili season. As I’ve no doubt mentioned on multiple occasions, I’m a big fan of tex-mex and dishes that feature mexican ingredients. In fact, if I don’t have tex-mex at least once a week, I’m pretty sure I’ll go into shock. Then again, I’ve never tested it, so who knows. So let’s do this. The best of both worlds, coming right up.

1 lb ground chicken
1 package chorizo
2 28 oz cans crushed tomatoes
1 15 oz can fire roasted tomatoes
2 cans black beans, rinsed
2 cans pinto beans
1 red onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, diced
3 jalapenos, finely chopped
