Chicken and Rice

This recipe is one I grew up with and is one of my daughter's very favorites!! I always keep cooked, shredded chicken in my freezer, so this recipe goes together in minutes. Super easy after a busy day!!!

1-2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
1 can chicken broth
2 cups minute rice
2 cans cream of celery soup
Combine ingredients and place in large casserole or 9x13 and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
