An awesome alternative to a beef lasagna. It has great flavor and is easy to get ready even for a weeknight.

1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
1 package frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed dry, chopped
1 egg
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
12 lasagna noodles, cooked
3 1/2 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
12 mushrooms, sliced
1 jar marinara sauce
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 bag Italian shredded cheese
