Chicken Bacon Alfredo Lasagna Rolls

A delicious chicken, cheese and bacon mixture is spread on lasagna noodles, rolled up then covered in creamy Alfredo sauce.

12 lasagna noodles
15 ounces Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
14 ounces diced tomatoes, well drained
10 slices turkey bacon
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
chopped green onions, optional garnish
