Chicken Bacon Ranch Fat Pockets

The idea is similar to a hot pocket or a calzone but way more awesome. French bread filled it with chicken and bacon with ranch and the power of its awesomeness will take your taste buds on the most amazing ride they have ever experienced. This meal will make you never want to eat anything else ever again. Warning, this is not the most healthy meal but is worth every calorie!

Dough:
2-1/2 c. very warm warm
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. dry yeast
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil
6 c. flour

Filling:
4-6 small chicken breasts
1 lb. bacon
8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. ranch dressing
2 c. cheese
1 small onion, chopped
2 tsp. italian seasoning
2 tbsp. butter, melted
Boil the chicken then shred. Cook the bacon and onions then crumble the bacon. In a pan add the cream cheese, milk, Italian seasoning, and ranch dressing. Cook on medium heat until cream cheese is melted and ingredients are combined. Stir in cheese, chicken, and bacon. Cook until cheese is melted. Creating the Fat Pocket: Put 1/2 c. filling in each of the rolled out dough. Fold the dough in half. Press down the edges with a fork. Put them on a greased cookie sheet. Brush each Fat Pocket with melted butter. Sprinkle each Fat Pocket with Italian seasoning. Cook for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Let cool for 10 minutes. Enjoy the awesomeness.
