10 slices bacon, diced
3/4 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts tenders, cut into bite sized pieces
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup frozen chopped onion
1 bag (12 ounces) frozen broccoli cuts
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cans (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
2 cups Minute White Rice
2 cups water

A Spanish omelette is also known as tortilla de patatas in Spain where it is a tapa and it consists of just four ingredients plus seasoning. It is a Spanish classic dish for very good reasons.
