Chicken Broccoli Bake

If you like Chicken and broccoli recipes, it is great. I added water chestnuts to it for another taste. Add chicken gravy as a side to set it off.

1 ½-2 cups cooked chicken
1 Broccoli Crown, cooked
8 oz. can Water Chestnuts
1 cup Biscuit Mix
1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Milk
3 eggs or 2 extra large
Salt & Pepper to taste
Layer chicken, broccoli, water chestnuts and cheese in 2 qt. casserole dish. Mix biscuit mix, eggs, milk and salt and pepper in bowl (it will be runny). Pour over chicken mixture. Bake at 400 deg. F for 35 min. or until knife put in pan comes out clean. Good also served with chicken gravy.
