Ooh Hooray for warm Spring days. This time of year I am looking for Healthy not so heavy dishes, this one is perfect.

4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 cups Balsamic Vinegar
1 Clove Minced Garlic
1 Package Bowtie Pasta
1 Head Romaine Lettuce
1 Cup Cherry tomatoes
1 Jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts
1 small can sliced olives
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 package croutons
1 bottle your favorite Caesar dressing
2 cups Balsamic Vinegar

1 Jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts
1 small can sliced olives
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 package croutons
1 bottle your favorite Caesar dressing
In a ziplock bag add chicken, garlic, and Vinegar. Marinate for 30 Minutes.
Grill chicken on the grill. Make sure that it is cooked all the way through.
