3 cups celery sliced thin

1 can water chestnuts sliced
2 teaspoons sugar granulated
2 cups chicken broth
2+1/2 teaspoons corn starch
1/4 cup cold water
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cups chicken cooked, diced
1/2 cup mushrooms
