This Chicken Cordon Bleu Soup has chunks of chicken, diced ham, and bacon bits, surrounded in a creamy swiss sauce for a warm and hearty, cold weather meal!

2 chicken breasts ( cut into 1/2-inch cubes )
1/4 cup butter
6 Tbsp flour
2 cups half & half
2 cups milk
2 cups chicken broth
8 oz diced ham
1/2 cup real bacon bits
8 oz swiss ( shredded )
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic salt ( or garlic powder and salt to taste )

1 cup Avocado ( Or 1/2 of an average-sized avocado )

1 cup Banana ( Without the peel )
1 slice Ginger

1. Place all ingredients into a blender
2. Add water until it reaches 3/4 of the cup
