1 Medium Onion
Ginger and Garlic
3-4 teaspoons Mother in law masala
Dhania(Coriander) Powder
Birth masala
Hurdhee
3-4 medium potatoes
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon meat tenderiser
Mint to Garnish
Method for curry: Add oil to pot and allow to heat, add your cull and fry for about 10-15 mins or until pieces start getting brown. Add onions and allow to fry for another 10 mins Add masala,hurdhee,dhania powder and birth masala and giner and garlic and allow to fry. add a little water,the salt and meat tenderiser and allow the chicken to boil for 20 mins or until the chicken is soft. once the chicken has boiled add your potatoes and cook until the potatoes are soft
