Chicken drums [8 to 10 pieces ]
curd 1 small bowl [thick ]
ginger garlic paste [1 table spoon each ]
Onions 2 large size [chopped ]
peanuts [3 to 4 table spoons ]
Tomatoes [3 chopped ]
grated coconut [half cup ]
fennel seeds [2 table spoons ]
Red chilly powder [1 table spoon ]
garam masala [1 table spoon ]
oil and butter
salt to taste
marinate chicken with curd red chilly powder ginger garlic paste and salt for 3 to 4 hours take a frying pan put some oil and fry onions with fennel seeds and peanuts and grated coconut When they are golden brown add tomatoes and cook for some time Allow it to cool take another pan and put some oil fry chicken in it till crispy Now grind the masala Put butter in a pan and fry masala in it Mix masala with chicken cook well leave it on slow flame for some time garnish with coriander leaves serve with Naan
