2 eggs, whisked
1/4 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz chicken (I used one large boneless, skinless chicken thigh) chopped small
3 cups cooked brown rice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 cup frozen peas (thawed in warm water)
1 1/2 tablespoons oil
1/4 onion, chopped

8 oz chicken (I used one large boneless, skinless chicken thigh) chopped small
3 cups cooked brown rice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 1/2 tablespoons oil
In a large skillet with 1/2 tablespoon oil, scramble your eggs until done. Remove from skillet and set aside.
