This is a finger licking good recipe of chicken....my second favorite after sukka chicken! This is a mangalorean recipe , I have asked my friend to share with me. I did some modifications to it so that it would suit my spice preference level. It tastes awesome with rice or roti!

250 gms Chicken,cut into pieces,with bones
For marination:
2 Tablespoons Yogurt
Salt as per need
1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 Tablepoon Red Chilli Powder
For Masala:
2 Tablespoons Ghee/clarified butter
6 Garlic Cloves
1 Small Onion,long cut
1 Small Tomato,deseeded,long cut
6 Peppercorns
4 Cloves
1 Cinnamon Stick,1\"
2 Tablespoons Cumin Seeds
2 Tablespoons Coriander Seeds
4 Byadgi Chillies
Gooseberry sized ball Tamarind
2 Tablespoons Grated Coconut
Additional:
2 Sprigs Curry Leaves
1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
2 Tablespoons More Ghee
2 Sprigs Cilantro,chopped
