1 onion, minced
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

2 c. nonfat milk
2 c. mozzarella cheese

In the Ninja, cook the chicken until done. In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the onions & garlic & cook over medium heat until translucent. Add flour, milk, chicken broth, salt & pepper. Bring to a boil; cook and stir about 1 minute. Cut up & partially shred the chicken & add to the saucepan. Stir in the dried spices.
Back to the Ninja, spray the bottom with nonstick cooking spray. Ladle some sauce onto the bottom to thinly cover. Add a layer of lasagna noodles. Layer with more sauce, some ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese & then break up some frozen spinach. Add another layer of pasta and repeat layers again until everything is used up. Top with mozzarella cheese & Parmesan cheese.
Cover and cook on stove top low for about 35-40 mins, until bubbly & pasta is cooked.
