Chicken liver fry-how to cook this dish was so simple n very easy. It requires 20 minutes to cook. So yummy also
Chicken liver-250grams,onion-1 if big, Onion-2 if small, ginger-10grams,garlic-10grams,Turmeric powder-pinch,red chilly powder-1 table spoon, Garam masala-1 table spoon,green chillies-2 no,oil-6 table spoons,salt-suffiecient according to your choice,garlic cloves-3 no
First we have to take 250g of chicken liver n wash it n kept aside, after that we have to take mentioned quantities of 1 onion if big in size 2 onions if small in size 10 grams of ginger 10 grams of garlic pieces.after that we have to wash them n cut them into small pieces.now we have to add those washed onions ginger garlic cloves into mixi jar n grind them to make a fine paste.we have to take a kadai n heat it now add 8 table spoons of oil in kadai.after adding oil in kadai we have to add another 3 garlic cloves n crush it.we have to add those crushed garlic pieces in kadai.after that we have to add two green chillies n fry them well after that we have to add onion ginger garlic paste fry it well oil oozes out. After that we have to add washed chicken liver n fry it after that we have to add 1 table spoon of red chilly powder,1 table spoon of garam masala,pinch of Turmeric powder,salt as per required to your taste n cook well untill it cooks perfect no need to add water to this dish it self liver is so fleshy.
