Chicken Lo Mein in the Ninja

Chicken Lo Mein all in the same pot! I put it it together in the morning before work so my son can put it in the Ninja & cook before I get home after work.

1/2-1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into small chunks
16 oz. linguini, broken in half
1.5 cups baby carrots, cut length ways
1 medium bell pepper, cut into strips
1 bunch green onions, white part sliced and the green part cut in 2 inch strips
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
4 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons virgin olive oil

Optional: 2 cups frozen broccoli
1. Add the chicken, soy sauce, pasta and then the remaining ingredients in the Ninja cooker. Cover. 2. Bring to a boil, stir & reduce to a simmer. 3. Cook covered for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook until most of the liquid is gone, the chicken is cooked through & the veggies are soft.
