Chicken Noodle Casserole Soup

This soup has more of a creamy consistency than a brothy one. The flavor is great and my husband, who does NOT like soup, loves it!

2 tsp chicken bouillon OR 2 chicken bouillon cubes
3 cups chicken broth
2 cups chopped carrots
2 cups chopped celery
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups diced, cooked chicken
1/2 package egg noodles, cooked
Heat bouillon and broth in a large pot. Add carrots, celery and onion and simmer until tender, about 12 minutes. Add soup and sour cream. Add chicken and noodles. Salt and pepper to taste and heat until warmed through.
