Chicken Paillards with Pomegranate Avocado Relish

Chicken breasts are pounded thin and marinated with citrus. Quickly sauteed and served with a fresh pomegranate avocado relish

1 lb. chicken breasts, about 2 big breasts
1 tsp. olive oil

For marinade:
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup lime juice
4 garlic cloves, smashed
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin

Relish:
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1/4 avocado, finely diced
2 tbsp. diced onion
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
