Chicken Pie Casserole

A homey cross of chicken pot pie, soup and casserole in one incredible dish.

2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
¼ cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp. olive oil
1-2 tbs. seasoned salt
1 cup chicken broth
2 tsp. Herbes de Provence (Italian Seasoning can be substituted)
1 tsp. salt
28-30 oz. can of mixed veggies (I use Allen's Veg-All)
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of celery soup
½ cup chicken gravy
1 tsp. fresh thyme, minced
2 tbs. fresh rosemary, minced
2 sheets of thawed puff pastry
2 tbs. butter, melted
