Chicken Pot Pie 2

This is a quick meal that you can throw together out of your pantry. It makes a 9x13 casserole or you can easily half the ingredients and make in a 9" pie pan.

2 cans mixed vegetables
2 cups cooked chicken, cut up
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream of potato soup
2 cups Bisquick mix
1 cup of milk
2 eggs
Combine vegetables, chicken and soups in a large bowl. Pour into a greased 9x13 baking pan. Stir Bisquick, milk and eggs together with a fork. Pour over chicken mixture and seal. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes or until golden brown. *Half the ingredients and bake in a 9" pie pan
